Quattro e Uno Espresso
Quattro e Uno (Four
and One). That is the name for our
buttery sweet espresso. We came up
with the name as a clever way to
describe our famous five bean
espresso blend. Quattro e Uno
creates a unique caramel and
chocolate flavor profile when
combined with milk and produces a
golden brown crema unlike any that
you have ever seen. Quattro e Uno is
roasted medium dark in the northern
Italian tradition to bring out the
caramelized sugars and sweetness of
the syrupy Sumatran beans while
showcasing the fruity floral notes
of the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Fully
