Vinaccio Coffee
started out in rural Sultan, WA (pop. 4,200)
in 2003 with little money, lots of energy,
and huge dreams. Since that time, we have
opened a franchise in Monroe, WA, a brand
new café’ in Marysville, along with two
drive thrus, one in Everett, and one in
Snohomish. We have been extremely blessed as
a corporation and find it necessary to give
credit to our customers who have believed in
us from day one.
Along the way
we have gone from roasting 3,120 pounds of
coffee per year to an estimated 41,600
pounds of coffee per year. We started out
with a one pound per batch roaster,
graduated to a seven pound per batch
roaster, and recently acquired a fifty-four
pound per batch roaster!
We have also
moved out of my home garage and have a real
warehouse with an actual forklift (no more
strained backs!), a truck for delivering
supplies, and, best of all, I can actually
take one day off per week now! Every day we
reflect as a corporation how lucky we are to
be doing what we love to do. Can you believe
people actually pay us to do this?
We plan to open our newest store in Mill
Creek, WA in early 2008, so stay tuned and
hopefully you can join us as we have fun
making people happy.
