Coffee type: Medium
A superb, versatile blend. The aroma
is deep with chocolate and deep milk
chocolate profile complemented by
sweet berry tones (blueberry and
currant). The mouthfeel is buttery
and the body full, sweetly cedar
toned with a lush, very slightly
fermented fruit that reads as a rich
raisin and floral toned chocolate.
Floral notes intertwine with the
heavy body to make a very complex,
excellent coffee. The currant comes
through in the finish along with a
spicy fragrance. The finish is
resonant, long and low-key.
