We usually keep on hand a wide array of coffees including offerings from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Mexico, Indonesia, Nicaragua, Brazil, Guatamala, and Papua New Guinea. If you want a particular bean, go ahead and email us and we will order the bean and roast it up for you at no additional cost! Our only request is that you order at least 3 pounds per custom roast because that is the minimum amount that our Diedrich roaster can roast.
