At Vinaccio Coffee, we roast because we love to.

It isn't about money or image, it's about the bean.

And we give credit to our customers who have believed in us from day one. Along the way we have gone from a small one-pound roaster (a small bin over a cooking grill), to our sparkling new 55-pound roaster. We have also moved out of my home garage and have a real warehouse with an actual forklift, a truck for delivering supplies, and, best of all, I can actually take one day off per week now! Every day we reflect as a company how lucky we are to be doing what we love to do. Can you believe people actually pay us to do this?
